Jackson is proud to be a partner of The Jason Foundation. The Jason Foundation, Inc. (JFI) is dedicated to the prevention of the “Silent Epidemic” of youth suicide through educational and awareness programs that equip young people, educators/youth workers and parents with the tools and resources to help identify and assist at-risk youth. Please see link below for more information on JFI.
Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) is a therapeutic model that trains caregivers to provide effective support and treatment for at-risk children. Children and youth who are from hard places have often experienced complex developmental trauma, demonstrating an interactive set of psychological and behavioral issues.
TBRI is a holistic, attachment-based, evidence based, and trauma informed intervention that is designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children. The three principles of TBRI include: Empowering Principles (addressing the physical needs of the child), Connecting Principles (addressing the attachment needs of the child) and the Correcting Principles (addressing the fear-based behaviors of the child). We are very excited to provide TBRI to the communities we work with and help our children live a more healthy and positive life.
