Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City (PBFC) is an all-boys Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) for ages 12–17 that provides the highest level of behavioral care in the state of Arkansas. Our Sexual Rehabilitation Unit (SRU) supports youth with problematic sexual behaviors through highly structured and specialized therapeutic programming.
