Behavioral health treatment is not one-size-fits-all. A 7-year-old in a psychiatric crisis needs something fundamentally different from a 70-year-old managing dementia-related behavioral symptoms. That's why every Perimeter Healthcare program is purpose-built for the population it serves — with clinical protocols, staffing, and environments designed specifically for that age group and level of need. Child & Adolescent Acute Inpatient
Acute psychiatric hospitalization provides children ages 5–17 with immediate stabilization, comprehensive assessment, and structured treatment when severe symptoms or behavioral crises cannot be safely managed in an outpatient setting.
Youth Residential Treatment
A psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) provides the highest level of behavioral health care outside of a hospital. Residents live and attend school on our campus in a structured, therapeutic environment designed to support personal growth.
Adult Inpatient & Co-Occurring
Specialized inpatient care for adults with psychiatric disorders and co-occurring substance use, providing integrated mental health and addiction treatment through a multidisciplinary, evidence-based approach.
Geriatric Psychiatric Inpatient Care
Specialized inpatient treatment for adults 50 and older, addressing depression, dementia, anxiety, psychosis, and the complex psychiatric needs that come with later life.
Neurodivergent (ASD) Program
The acute Autism Spectrum
Disorder program is designed for youth ages 12-17 who need the stabilization of a psychiatric/behavioral
crisis while considering
the unique treatment and programmatic needs of ASD and other sensory
processing disorders.
Seven Challenges® Program
The Seven Challenges® Program is a trauma-informed approach that helps adolescents address mental health, trauma, and substance use while building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier decision-making.
Bridge Program
The Bridge Program provides young adult males ages 17-21 with complex mental health needs a structured, supportive environment to build life skills, healthy relationships, and greater independence.
Sexual Rehabilitation Unit
SRU is an all-boys ages 12-17 Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) that provides the highest level of behavioral care in the state of Arkansas. We are committed to helping young men heal from trauma, develop safer behaviors, and restore hope for their futures through evidence and brain-based interventions.
