Building the skills for the next stage of life.
Young men ages 17–21 · Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility · Available at Forrest City, AR
The Bridge Program at Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City is a specialized Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) program for young adult males ages 17–21 with complex mental health needs and life skill deficits. In a structured, safe, and supportive environment, young men practice self-management, build healthy relationships, and develop the functional life skills they need for the next stage of their lives — whether that is increased independence, supported living, or reunification with family.
Our integrated clinical model combines evidence-based therapies with real-time life-skills coaching to promote lasting behavioral change, strengthen emotional regulation, and support a successful transition into adulthood and community settings.
