Rochelle Gerber

Assistant Vice President, Administrative Services

For more than 23 years, Rochelle has been involved in operational management at various levels. Her rewarding career has seen her help numerous companies navigate rapid growth strategies. With her vast experience and impressive man-management skills, she is able to glide through her role as the Director of Administrative Services at Perimeter Healthcare with admirable ease.

Bill Garrison

Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management & Managed Care Contracting

With more than 25 years of hospital finance management experience, Bill heads the company’s Revenue Cycle Management team; a role that puts him in charge of all patient accounting and revenue cycle problems. More than anything else, Bill strongly believes in creating systems that simplify workflow. For him, an effective organization is one that can successfully carry its key members along while creating a solid foundation for the new people coming on board. It’s safe to say that occupying various roles across not less than six healthcare organizations has honed his understanding of systems. When he’s not thinking about creating better systems at work, Bill can be found reading, collecting books, or golfing. He relishes thoughts of retirement so he can spend more time with his wife, son, and pets. But for now, solving complex problems at work is enough to keep him going.

Chris Perry, MHA, BSN, RN, FACHE

Vice President, Quality and Risk Management

Chris has been in the health care industry for over twenty-five years. He started his career as a teen volunteer at his local community hospital and has worked in almost every position within the hospital setting. Chris received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from North Georgia College and State University and Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Georgia. He was also awarded the rank of Fellow from the American College of Healthcare Executives. As a clinical nurse, Chris practiced in the emergency department for years prior to moving onto hospital administration. Chris has served as Director of Performance & Risk Management, Director of Clinical Consulting & Education Services, and Director of Nursing Practice & Education. Prior to joining Perimeter, he was the Chief Nursing Officer for a three hospital, multi-campus system in Raleigh, NC. Chris has a passion for improving healthcare and patient safety and is excited to bring his expertise in quality and risk to the acute and residential facilities under the Perimeter umbrella. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his husband and three golden retrievers and loves to travel.

Melanie Templin

Vice President, Financial Operations

Melanie joins the Perimeter family with over sixteen years in finance and twelve years of experience specializing in healthcare. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Carson-Newman University and a master’s in accountancy from Belmont University. Melanie enjoys working behind the scenes, helping her team and the patients we serve. She loves working with numbers and spreadsheets and enjoys educating others on how to use the information to make improvements at the facility level. In her spare time you can find Melanie spending time with her family, volunteering at my church, being on the lake, reading, and going to the gym.

Erica Fox, MBA

Vice President, Business Development and Contracting

A seasoned administrator and business development expert, Erica boasts more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the behavioral health sector. Before her appointment at Perimeter, she occupied administrative roles across top organizations in the community education/development and managed care arena. Erica earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University where she received a dual degree in Communications and Spanish. She continued her education with a master’s in healthcare administration from Loyola University – Chicago. For Erica, the most interesting part of the job is the opportunity to link people with the help they need. She also enjoys working with her team to create innovative programs that are aimed at showcasing the progress being made at Perimeter Healthcare to the world outside. Her spare time is shared between reading, vacations on the beach, spending time with family, and getting better at her newfound hobby – golf.

Rebecca Tomas RN, BSN

Vice President, Clinical Training

Rebecca is a valued member of the Perimeter operations team bringing a balance of her clinical expertise and organization to enhance processes and procedures. She holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from University of Louisiana at Monroe and has been in the behavioral health arena with a focus on residential treatment for numerous years. Rebecca plays an integral part in ensuring employees have the support and training so they can focus on the needs of our patients. She strives to introduce systems to our facilities so that we can make a lasting impact in the lives of our patients and families. Her spare time is shared with her husband and 2 active children, traveling and watching football.

Barbara Wallace

Regional Vice President and Vice President, Clinical Operations

Barb Radebaugh is an accomplished clinician and leader in the industry whose passion for working with children started in High School where she did volunteer work with the Boys and Girls Club. Ms. Radebaugh earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Psychology from West Virginia University and her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at The University of Tennessee in Knoxville. While earning her master’s degree she began working as a residential treatment center youth care worker which led her to a path working in many different positions, including working with teens in the wilderness, providing assessments in the community and supervising other clinicians. She is also a Certified Instructor of Trust Based Relational Intervention. Barb’s experience as a CEO, COO, Director of Clinical Services and management of PHP/IOP, Utilization Review and Education Services provides the knowledge to ensure patients and families are provided a detailed level of care assessment , referrals in their community and appropriate discharge planning to help promote success. When she is not leading her team and helping make an impact on a young person’s life, Barb enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and doing anything outdoors.

Debbie Tullier

Regional Vice President of Operations

Debbie’s numerous years of experience in behavioral health operations has helped position herself to oversee several facilities under the Perimeter umbrella. She started her career as a probation officer when she graduated from Louisiana State University and became passionate about access to treatment for individuals who are in need of assistance. Debbie likes being part of a culture that creates programs that can make a difference in someone’s life and feels the key is helping develop an aftercare plan that will help set them up for continued success and improving their quality of life. She also enjoys being a mentor to others who want to have growth in the role of behavioral health hospital management. Debbie likes to spend time with her family and friends and is always up for being on the water or cooking.

Greg Sassman, JD, MHA, MS

Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer

Greg is a valuable member of the Perimeter team. He has over thirty years of experience as a senior executive and corporate officer in several healthcare companies. As Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Perimeter his responsibilities include contracting, regulatory and legal affairs, implementation of the Perimeter Compliance Program, and other management activities. Greg has been with Perimeter since its beginning and enjoys being part of an organization that is making a difference in people’s lives. When Greg is not working, he enjoys hiking, playing the guitar, reading and watching good movies.

George Dunaway

Chief Financial Officer

George is an accomplished CFO who leverages strong analytical skills to accelerate growth, improve profitability, maximize cash flow and drive improvements throughout Perimeter’s network. He is focused on maximizing shareholder returns through strategy development and implementation and rigorous allocation of resources while ensuring Perimeter is a leader in quality behavioral care. When George is not studying spreadsheets and budgets, he likes spending time watching basketball and hanging out with his family.
