The first step of the healing journey is letting someone know you need help. Perimeter is here to make this step as easy as possible.
Our process begins with a referral from a behavioral professional including acute inpatient, outpatient providers or Children’s Services Representatives.
List of Needed Documentation to Complete the Referral.
Documentation can be emailed to our Admissions Coordinator at email@example.com
When you reach out to us, we will walk you through the process, answer your questions and help you take that first step. It all begins with a free, confidential assessment by calling 573.774.5353 or 888-633-3801. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help determine the best course of treatment for you or someone you love.
