We recognize that professionals often face many administrative obstacles when referring to inpatient and outpatient treatment. Our goal is to make the admitting process, as well as ongoing communication, as simple as possible to alleviate the burden on both professionals and patients.
For rapid admissions, please send the following information to our Assessment and Referral team:
- Most Recent Clinical Note
- Most Recent Labs (if available)
- Copies of IDs and Insurance Cards
- Facesheet (if available)

An additional resource has been added to our team for professional referral sources. Our communications liaison will be reaching out to each professional upon referral to ensure a direct line of communication is established. This position will also ensure professionals receive communication upon discharge for follow-up care.
Our mission is not only to assist patients in achieving their mental health goals, but to also assist our community in developing mental health knowledge and education. We will be offering CEU opportunities, training and educational series, as well as networking events to keep our community connected.
