We realize that a patient's family is a major part of healing and overcoming mental health challenges. We know many family members and parents fear not being able to see their loved one during treatment. While our goal is to offer visitation as often as possible, we have had to change our process during the COVID epidemic. We will continue to work within the CDC guidelines and offer visitation to our families and at times may use tele-video as our way to keep families in touch with their each other. Please connect with your case manager to confirm visitation.
For the safety of our patients, no personal belongings are allowed in the visitation area. Lockers will be provided for visitors to secure their items. Also, no outside food or drink is allowed in the visitation area. Visitation is restricted to family members 12 and older. Currently, due to COVID, we are only allowing one visitor at a time per patient. Each visitor must be on the approved list, provide an ID or driver’s license and have the patient’s ID number.
