Matt also enjoys working on the front line with his team and mentoring staff members. He takes pride in challenging his team to be better and to take pride in what they do. In his spare time, Matt likes to spend time with his two Great Danes, Milo and Sullivan. In addition, he enjoys traveling all over the US and world to visit friends and family.
