Our facility is located on 22 acres just outside of the metroplex in Garland, Texas. The trees surrounding the property, combined with ample outdoor space helps create an environment where our patients can feel relaxed, serene and empowered.

Angelo Pananas, CEO
Chief Executive Office
Angelo joins the Perimeter family with over 20 years of experience in
behavioral health. He has worked in the inpatient and outpatient
settings with both the child/adolescent and older adult populations.
Angelo has held multiple leadership positions including Program
Supervisor, Director and most recently Market Director of Behavioral
Health over Fort Walton Beach Medical Center and West Florida
Hospital. He has extensive knowledge in outreach, in home, school
based therapy, residential treatment and educating students as an
Angelo received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Westfield
State College in Westfield, MA and his Masters of Education in Clinical
Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College in Springfield, MA.
He also holds his Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification in Healthcare from
Villanova University. Angelo is passionate about helping teams initiate
process improvement strategies to improve patient outcomes. He
also enjoys being part of the community mission and working with
employees to enhance patient care.
When not spending time at work, Angelo enjoys spending time with
his wife and three girls. They love to explore new areas and immerse
themselves in local culture, spending time outdoors and traveling.
Angelo also likes to play sports including soccer, volleyball, tennis and
running 5 ks.
Dr. Burgos has been in private practice in the Dallas/Ft Worth area for over twenty- five years. He is board certified in child adolescent and adult psychiatry. He has worked in various in-patient and out-patient settings. He enjoys the challenges of working with dual diagnoses clients, especially considering new developments in addiction treatment. Dr. Burgos has been married for 30 years and has three adult children. He enjoys traveling, reading, and playing tennis.
Director of Nursing
Keith has been in nursing for over twenty years most of which in nursing management and administration. He started this journey while he was in the military, he also attended Texas A&M in College Station, University of Texas in Tyler and Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. Keith is 0icensed registered nurse, has his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration. In his role as Director of Nursing, Kevin’s goal is to have a positive impact not only on our patients and families but on our staff as well. Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, out on his boat or trying new restaurants.
Director of Business Development
Kelli stated at Perimeter of Dallas as an Account Manager and has worked her way up to her current position as the Director of Business Development and has been in healthcare for over five years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies-Community Health from Texas Woman’s University. Kelli has always had a strong interest in health and wellness and enjoys being a resource to the community and sharing information with anyone who could benefit from the services the hospital has to offer. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and two cats. Kelli also enjoy watching sports, relaxing and working out.
Director of Assessment and Referral Services
Delenny has over seven years of clinical experience working in an emergency psychiatric setting at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He graduated with a bachelor’s in social work in 2015 and completed his master’s in social work in 2017 from Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN. He continued his education with a Doctor of Education in 2020 from Trevecca Nazarene University. His dissertation was focused on Adverse Childhood Experiences. Delenny is a Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW). He enjoys being in the assessment and referral department, on the front end of treatment so he can have an opportunity to ease the stress of the family and patient regarding the process and removing the stigma of being at a psychiatric facility. He enjoys building rapport with the patients and being empathetic to their needs and concerns. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, traveling, and reading.
Director of Clinical Services
Latisha has been doing therapy for over twelve years and the last several years in an inpatient setting. Her path in behavioral health started when Latisha start working in Oklahoma for Sequelcare of Oklahoma, an outpatient therapeutic based company that services rural section of eastern Oklahoma. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work from Texas A&M University, Commerce. My favorite part of the job is working with the kids during groups. I love being able to teach them new things like how to set boundaries and how healthy relationships can improve your mental stability. Latisha is an advocate for a healthy life and weightlifts regularly.
Children’s Health Care Network Liaison & Director of Utilization Review
Susan has been working in the behavioral arena for twenty years starting her career in the assessment and referral department with Charter Hospital in Louisville KY, where she quickly became the Director for the Psychiatric Evaluation Team. She holds a master’s degree Psychology and Counseling from the University of Louisville. Susan also has an undergrad in history, and briefly taught high school history before furthering her education. Susan enjoys working with the children and families from the front door to discharge. She prides herself on helping set the tone and course of treatment and providing families with compassion and empathy at possibly their worst times. She also likes to help foster the growth of her team and make everyone a superstar. In her spare time, she spends time with her 8 children (combines with her husband Tom). They enjoy lazy days by the pool, skiing, hiking, board games, reading and relaxing by the fire.
Dr. Aziz specializes in child and adolescent psychiatry and has been in practice for more than twenty years. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. She did an adult psychiatry residency with Griffin Memorial Hospital and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from the University of Oklahoma. She is board certified in psychiatry and neurology. Dr. Aziz has many doctor’s in her family, who inspired her to become a physician. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and cooking.
Dr. Hussain specializes in psychiatry and has been in practice for more than ten years. He was trained at the Delaware Psychiatric Center and has worked in the Philadelphia correctional health system and as medical director for several practices. He currently practices in-patient psychiatry in the Dallas area and is a voluntary Assistant Professor a UT Southwestern. Dr. Hussain’s mission is to ensure all patients get the mental health care they need and to improve their standard of living. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family, gardening, or cooking.
