Molly was a schoolteacher for over thirteen years when she recognized she had a passion for working with children and their families in a deeper capacity and was drawn to behavioral health. She went to grad school at University of Texas at Arlington and obtained her master’s in social work. Molly enjoys connecting with parents and guardians, listening to their concerns, and developing a solution together so that it is a win-win for everyone involved, but mostly the child. Her reward is having a parent feeling confident in the treatment plan. In her spare time, Molly loves to read on her front porch, watch the storms roll in and spend quality time with her three children.
Director of Assessment and Referral Services
Ryan began his career in mental health in 2015 as a volunteer at Texas A&M University’s Student Counseling Helpline. After graduating from Texas A&M, he started a career outside of mental health, but returned to the field after realizing his passion for helping people struggling with mental health. Ryan is currently finishing his Master’s in Social Work degree from University of Texas at Arlington and will be graduating in the fall of 2021. His favorite part of working in the Assessment and Referral department is the immediate impact on the lives of those we serve. Actively listening to the children and families who come to us and connecting them with the appropriate treatment to meet their needs, whether in our program or elsewhere, is incredibly rewarding. In his spare time, he enjoys Crossfit, reading, cooking, spending time with his family, friends, and his Corgi.
