Perimeter Behavioral of Jackson makes a daily commitment to improve our patients’ lives by using a patient centered collaborative approach to provide high quality care addressing both the mental health and physical wellbeing of our patients.

Perimeter Behavioral of Jackson is located one hour from Memphis, TN. Our campus features a spacious turfed outdoor courtyard, large rooms, multiple group, computer and activity rooms, with a calming color scheme to enhance the healing process. We are able to accommodate both male and female patients at each level of care. The acute inpatient program has two specific units to treat child and adolescent patients ages 6-17, and our residential program treats ages 12-17. Our residential program is a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), licensed by the state of Tennessee and is certified by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

At Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Jackson, we are proud of our programs and services for our youth. We are committed to delivering the highest quality treatment in a secure, therapeutic environment with compassion and respect.

We understand the individual mental health and physical needs of our patients and make every effort to create a safe and nurturing environment. Our patients are not coming to us because they had a bad day, they are in need of treatment in order to live a happy and contented life and our treatment team is prepared to create that culture of safety for our patients and their families/guardians.

      Greg Sizemore

      Chief Executive Officer

      Greg has been working in the behavioral health field for more than 20 years. He started as...

      Greg has been working in the behavioral health field for more than 20 years. He started as a Mental Health Tech after High School and found that was his calling. Greg went on to join the Air Force with a goal of attaining his degree and moving into leadership within the behavioral health field. After serving four years in the Air Force, he earned his undergraduate degree and returned to behavioral health. Greg has experience working with behavioral health schools, residential settings, and acute behavioral hospitals. Greg earned his master’s degree in Special Education from Nova Southeastern University. The most rewarding part of the job for Greg, is watching firsthand patients move on with a sense of hope and feeling better about their future. He enjoys hearing positive updates from those he works with and seeing his staff come together as a team and conquer difficult tasks. In his spare time, Greg likes to spend time with his wife, and their two sons. They enjoy the outdoors, traveling, hiking, camping and playing golf. They also like visiting local areas skate parks and trying new foods.

      Taneshia has worked in behavioral health for over five years. She received her nursing degree from James Sprunt in Kenansville, North Carolina, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aspen University. Taneshia has an interest in policies and procedures and has focused her career in this area ensuring that there is a solid foundation for the best patient outcomes. She is passionate about helping individuals come into the facility without much purpose and leave with a sense of hope and dignity. She is honored to work for an organization that has proven to have a program that assists in rehabilitating people to get their lives back on track. In her spare time, Taneshia likes to spend time with her family and traveling.

      TaJuanna has over seventeen years working in behavioral health. She started in 2003 working with adults who have behavioral health and developmental issues. She eventually transitioned into mobile assessment role working in a with high-risk children who were in the state’s custody. TaJuanna graduated from Lane College with her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and continued at Kaplan University for her master’s in education with a focus in psychology. The most rewarding part of her job is being able to help all patients receive the care they need and connecting them with the most appropriate resources. In her spare time, TaJuanna likes to travel and connect with her family.

      Sara has been in the mental health field for over 5 years and began her journey as a counseling intern. She graduated from The University of Memphis with a bachelor's in psychology as well as her master's in clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is an LPC and is currently working on her LPC-MHSP certification. Sara enjoys helping children who may be experiencing some of their worst times and being able to witness how they turn their mindset, become motivated and work to improve their overall well-being. Witnessing this transformation, is extremely rewarding to Sara. In her spare time, spends time with my two nieces and nephew, hiking, watching a good movie, reading a great book, and traveling all over the US.
